Revival Prayer Time: first Saturday of each month from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Pray the Holy Spirit will be able to work in our hearts to convict of sin, of righteousness, and of judgment. John 16:8-10

Operation Outreach (Wednesdays and Saturdays)
Operation Outreach is a program whereby we get an opportunity to do the Lord’s work according to Matt. 28:19 & 20.
Wednesdays we go out on visitation from 6:00 to 7:30 PM, calling on new visitors, new neighbors, and/or someone asing for a visit from the church (by the way, the youth always needs drivers). Then eturn to the church for the Mid-week Service.
Saturdays we go out from 10:00 AM to around noon.

ALL CHURCH ACTIVITY: Married Couples Retreat (Sign up on the church bulletin board) Special Speakers - Dr. Clark Poorman, Dr. Ron Allen, and (for the ladies) Mrs. Poorman, and Mrs. Allen (March 12 - 13, 2010) Price: $30 if not staying in a room, $85 if staying in a room (register ASAP to make arragements with the hotel). Friday evening starts at 6:45 PM, Saturday events start at 8 AM and goes to 3 PM.

Christmas Specials for 2009: December 20: The morning service was dedicated to the "B" Sunday School Christmas Program and the evening service was dedicated to the Adult Choir Christmas Cantata. *** December 24th: instead of the Wednesday service(23rd), we scheduled special Thursday Christmas Eve Service (alas, it was snowed out but postponed to the following Sunday night).
Nov. 11 - 15, 2009: The Woodcrest Baptist Church Mission Conference. This year’s theme was “Sending the Light.” For five days, we had four missionary families here for teaching, preaching, and fellowship. *** THE MISSIONARIES: Appointees to New Zealand, Michael and Carrie Bennett, and Craig and LeAnna Comstock; from Albania, Mike and Jennifer Fiocchi; and from Uganda, East Africa, Nate and Sara Wright.
Sept. 20 - 25, 2009: Our Fall Revival Meetings was with Evangelist Paul Mershon. What a blessing we received as our hearts and minds were challenged to abandon sin in our lives, get right with the Lord, and live for Him. ** Visit Evangelist Mershon's website at http://www.revivalthoughts.org
Building Program Update - Watch How the Lord is Working at Woodcrest
The contractor has informed the church that the new building and renovation of the current building will cost approximately 3.8 million dollars. To furnish it will take the price tag up to the four milliion dollar mark. That is certainly a lot of money! Please be praying for the financial needs of this project. Woodcrest members are doing what they can and we trust the Lord to provide in His way and His time! Meanwhile, the work of God goes on.
